Two-outcome moneylines, method-of-victory props, round totals and distance markets. Method props are the most rule-heavy markets on the card.
What actually moves the line
Weight-cut news, injury reports and late opponent replacements. A short-notice replacement reprices a fight dramatically because preparation time is part of the pricing.
Settlement questions specific to MMA
The rule questions are specific: how a technical decision, a technical draw, a doctor stoppage and a no-contest are graded. Each affects method props differently, and the definitions are not interchangeable.
Where to get information
Official commission and promotion announcements for bout changes and results. Rumours about injuries are common and often unreliable.
Set the limit before the price
Every league on this site is priced because outcomes are uncertain. Understanding MMA markets improves your reading of a number; it does not remove that uncertainty. Decide a fixed stake and a session boundary before you look at a price, and treat both as settled.
