What we can help with
Corrections, factual challenges, broken links and accessibility problems are all worth reporting and are reviewed first. If a page states something that is wrong, out of date, or unclear, tell us the page and the sentence and we will look at it.
Editorial questions about how a score was reached are welcome too. The criteria are public on the methodology page, and if a score looks inconsistent with them, we want to know.
What we cannot help with
We cannot settle a bet, chase a withdrawal, recover an account or intervene in a dispute with an operator. Those are matters for the operator directly, and then for the regulator or licensing body that covers it. We are an editorial site, not a mediator.
We also cannot give personalised betting advice, predict a result, or tell you whether a specific service is legal where you live. Legality is local and changes; check the operator and your local authority.
If you are worried about your betting
Contact a local gambling-support service. Support is usually free and confidential. Our responsible-play page outlines the account tools and early signals worth knowing.
Commercial and licensing enquiries
Commercial correspondence is kept separate from editorial decisions and never influences a score, a ranking or the criteria. Any commercial relationship is disclosed on the page it affects.
